• Attending to Medical Certificate or Coroners Release Order
• Second Medical Practitioners Fee if required
• Complete & Submit Death Statement details with Births Deaths Marriages Registry
• Liaising between family & funeral related providers
• Personal direct contact for emergency calls 24 hrs / 7 days
  

• Provision of hearse or transfer vehicles
• Experienced staff overseeing all aspects of the arrangements
• Transfer of your loved one to your nominated Crematorium
• Standard Transfer & Mortuary Care 24 hrs / 7 days  $300.00
• Unattended Cremation Allowance (Mon-Fri) at Springvale Crematorium $1080.00
• One full Death Certificate from Registry Office (compulsory Express Post - BDM) $66.00
  

Standard Package Total (includes GST 10% $418.18) $4600.00

• All variables and items not listed attract extra fees. Weekends & Public Hol are excluded. 
• We charge an additional fee of $350 for a Cremation at Fawkner or Altona. This covers extra travel time, fuel & e-tags and is for GMCT’s NEXT DAY CREMATION excluding chapel use.
